Why This Community Exists
As a queer therapist, coach, facilitator, and nervous system nerd, I created this space because I was watching too many people (myself included) burn out from just trying to exist.
This community isn’t a fix. It’s a resource.

Is this community the same as therapy?
No. This community is considered psychoeducational and is not considered therapy.
Can I join if I’m already in therapy?
Yes, this course is a good add-on to help you between therapy sessions if you are having trouble coping with your emotions. This course is not a replacement for therapy.
Why is it a monthly payment instead of a one-time payment?
There will be support groups held each month which are included in the membership fee. New lessons and course items will also be added each month! Additionally, the monthly payment supports us in moderating the online community to make it safe for everyone.
Are there any restrictions based on location?
No, since this course is educational and not therapy, participants can join from anywhere in the United States or any other country.
